Don't overpay for a pre-owned vehicle again! Make sure it's worth the price!

 

Dealers use CARFAX and Certified Pre-Owed vehicles as a way to build trust with the buyer. Unfortunately, for you, this means that sometimes you're being led by misinformation. Not all the information is correct, and this happens more frequently than you'd think. Did you know that when vehicles have been involved in an accident, they are worth 10 to 40 percent less depending on the damage and quality of the repair. Relying on "It looks great" could cost you thousands of dollars!  We've witnessed "clean CARFAX reports" on Certified Pre-Owned vehicles with previous structural repairs and in some cases, damage that hasn't been repaired.

Imagine finding out that new car that you bought from a reliable dealer has just sold you a vehicle that's unsafe to drive.  If you think it couldn't happen to you, you're wrong!

 

We have a customer that bought three vehicles from three different dealerships in another state. We inspected them after purchasing and they returned all three back to the dealership. Unfortunately, they couldn't get a refund but could only trade for another vehicle. That's why it's important to contact us prior to purchasing a vehicle. One of those vehicles was a one-year-old Toyota Tundra Platinum Edition with under 12,000 miles. This vehicle had a clean CARFAX report, and it was a Toyota Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. Basically, we concluded that a tree fell on the right side of the vehicle with roof and right-side damage. An estimated $16,000 worth of repairs undocumented. We inspected the vehicle and found unsatisfactory and unrepaired structural damage deeming the vehicle unsafe to drive and this customer overpaid for the vehicle by $8,400 and had to return it.  They couldn't tell that the vehicle was damaged, but we could.....  Don't let this be your story!
