My frustration with the automotive buying experience is simple. People are not treated the same in every transaction.  Believe me, I've been at those meetings where, the general manager of the dealership just gave the salesperson a high five for overcharging a customer $5000 and salespeople are laughing about it. Or, the used car manager who knows that a vehicle has been in an accident but waits to see if anyone buys it and keeps the price the same because it has a clear accident history.
